Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your ALDI Mobile account online or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Item
Securely package the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and a copy of your tax invoice.
- 3.Ship to Service Centre
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any Australia Post outlet, ensuring you keep the tracking receipt.
- 4.Assessment and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
